Consulting services from Ida

Ida’s primary objective is to help businesses wishing to work in Africa and services are broken down into three separate strands to enable you to choose the level that suits your requirements.

There will be an initial free consultation, this maybe a 30 minute telephone conversation to enable you and Ida to decide if you are right for each other/can work together

Service Level 1

This is a general enquiries service level and this is what you will by working with Ida

*A support link
* Someone to bounce off ideas
*An email and or telephone mentoring service
*Someone to answer urgent enquiries that may crop up
* You will be able to call Ida as many times as you want at agreed times of the day

You will also get an insight of the type of things that may affect your ability to conduct business in Africa and, specific advice based on Ida’s experience and this will save you hours of research

Your monthly investment will be £95. This service level is ideal for you if you have some knowledge of Africa but perhaps require more clarity

Service Level 2

This is a speeding up process and this is what you get by working with Ida

Service level 1 plus

*Research of suppliers of your chosen product/service in Africa on your behalf
* Find you ideal contacts in Africa and here in the UK
* Personal introductions to Ida’s contacts here in the UK
* Identify and advise you of suitable places and people to network with and this will involve attending the networking events with you if required

You will also get advice on Corporate Social Responsibility, be briefed on the culture, customs and norms or the African country you intend to work in

Your monthly investment will be £445 and Ida would require a 3 month commitment

Service Level 3

This service level is to enable those that wish to source products that Ethnic Supplies does not stock in an ethical and equitable way. As this involves a trip to Africa to meet the producers Ida only takes on 4 projects each year

This is what you will get

* Service levels 1 and 2 plus
* Acquire samples of your chosen product and provide them to you for quality control (please note that this may attract a fee where the African producer is unable to provide the samples free of charge)
*A visit to the producers in Africa will be arranged on your behalf. Please note that this is a necessary trip to ensure that the production process is ethical
*You will guided through the export and import processes of the relevant country and linked to the relevant service provider of that country

You will also have the benefit of a personal guide that you can trust and who has your best interests at heart

Your investment will be a weekly fee of £1000 for each week that Ida is out of the UK as well as her expenses to include Airfare, Hotel accommodation and meals
